Welcome to Luna’s Pet Care. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure clarity, safety, and peace of mind for both you and your pets.

1. Booking & Payment

- All bookings must be confirmed in advance and are subject to availability.

- Payment in full is required to secure your booking.

- Rates are charged per calendar day. Additional pets are charged as listed on the service page.

- Holiday bookings may include premium rates due to increased demand.

2. Cancellations & Credits

- All bookings are non-refundable.

- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start date will receive a credit toward future services, valid for one year from the original booking date.

- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable and not eligible for credit, as we are generally unable to fill the time slot on short notice.

- Holiday bookings are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.

3. Pet Care & Safety

- The pet owner must disclose any health conditions, behavioral issues, or special needs before the start of service.

- Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and free of contagious illnesses.

- If your pet becomes ill or injured while in our care, we will make every effort to contact you immediately. If necessary, we may seek veterinary care at your expense using your preferred clinic or the nearest available veterinarian.

- We are not liable for injury, illness, or accidental death that occurs despite reasonable care and supervision.

4. Home Access & Security

- Clients must provide safe and reliable access to their home for the duration of the booking.

- Keys, codes, or access details are kept confidential and used solely for pet care purposes.

- Luna’s Pet Care agrees to respect your home and property, ensuring it is left secure after each visit.

5. Liability & Insurance

- Luna’s Pet Care carries $1 Million General Liability business insurance to protect both your pets and property.

- We are not responsible for property damage or loss resulting from faulty home systems (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) or third-party access beyond our control.

6. Photos & Updates

- Photos and updates are part of our service and used only to keep you informed during your booking.

- With your permission, we may occasionally use non-identifying pet photos for promotional purposes (e.g., website or social media).

7. Agreement

- By booking services with Luna’s Pet Care, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
