Premium Care Plan
Our Premium Care plan offers the highest level of attention and presence for pets who need close supervision or constant company. Your sitter will stay in your home for extended periods throughout the day and night, ensuring your pets are never left alone for more than 2–3 hours at a time. It’s the perfect option for puppies, senior pets, or those who simply do best with near-continuous care and companionship.
Premium Care Services
What’s Included:
✅ Extended in-home stays with a maximum alone time of 2–3 hours
✅ Daily walks and playtime for exercise and enrichment
✅ Feeding, fresh water, and litter/yard cleanup as needed
✅ Medication administration (oral/topical) if required
✅ Daily updates with photos and/or videos so you stay connected
✅ Basic home care: mail collection, plant watering, lights, and more
✅ Nail trim included during the stay
✅ Tidying and light cleaning to keep your home fresh and organized
Best for: Independent pets who thrive on routine and are comfortable spending longer stretches at home.
Pricing (plus GST)
- 1st Dog, Cat, or Pet: $175 / day
- Additional Dog(s): $40 each / day
- Additional Cat(s): $20 each / day
- Additional small pets (birds, reptiles, small mammals): $20 each / day
Cancellation Policy
- All bookings are non-refundable.
- Changes to existing bookings can be made up to 14 days prior to the start date. If you need to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe, you’ll receive a credit for future services, valid for one year from the original booking date.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are not eligible for refunds or credits, as we’re typically unable to fill the reserved time on short notice.
- During holiday periods, all bookings are non-refundable and not eligible for credit, due to high demand and early reservations.

Are you insured?
Yes, we carry $1 Million General Liability business insurance. Giving you extra peace of mind while you’re away.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during holidays or busy travel seasons, as spots fill up quickly.
